Terms of Service

Brokng provides tools and workflows to support real estate discovery and professional visibility, including:

• Agent profile pages and public reputation content.
• Review submission and moderation systems.
• Search and comparison experiences for buyers and consumers.
• Lead and communication tooling for participating professionals.
• Subscription and account management features for premium capabilities.

We may add, modify, or discontinue specific features from time to time.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, except where prohibited by law.

• Use strong credentials and keep login details secure.
• Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.
• Do not share accounts or misrepresent identity, affiliation, or licensing status.

Agents are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of all profile and listing information they submit.

• You must maintain valid licensing in your operating emirate (for example, RERA registration in Dubai) and only represent credentials you can verify.
• You may not publish misleading, deceptive, or infringing content.
• We may review, edit, suspend, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Paid plans improve feature access but do not guarantee impressions, inquiries, or lead conversion.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Brokng a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and distribute it in connection with operating the Service.

• Reviews must be genuine, relevant, and based on real experiences.
• Content must not be defamatory, unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary rights to submit all content.

We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates policy, law, or trust and safety requirements.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (for example, monthly or annual), unless canceled before renewal.

• Fees are shown at purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment failures may result in restricted access until billing is resolved.
• Where required by law, eligible refunds or cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable consumer rules and posted billing terms.

Brokng and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, visual design, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property.

• No right, title, or license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected service assets.
• Unauthorized use of names, logos, or protected content is prohibited.

Brokng provides informational and workflow tools only. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice through the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or guaranteed performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brokng is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of amounts paid by you to Brokng in the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time, subject to legal and operational retention obligations.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.

Upon termination, permissions granted under these Terms end immediately, except for provisions intended to survive (for example, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We may revise these Terms as features, legal requirements, or operating practices change. Material updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
